CSIC. The visiting researchers are Dr. R. del Río Fernández, and Dr. R. Castro López. They are working at Instituto de Microelectrónica - CSIC in Sevilla, Spain. Dr. del Río Fernández will hold a speach on Circuit design issues with focus on Analog to Digital converters, and Dr. Castro López will hold a speach on tools and methodology of circuit design. |

We are very happy to announce that our paper "Robustness Enhancement Through Chip-Package Co-Design for high-Speed Electronics" achieved the best paper award at the 2004 IEEE International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design (ISQED). The authors of this paper are Meigen Shen, Li-Rong Zheng, and Hannu Tenhunen. |
