Ramsis

The RaMSiS (Radio and Mixed Signal Integrated Systems) group was established in 2005 and comprises senior researchers and graduate students that are part of Integrated Devices and Circuits Unit (IDC) at School of Information and Communication Technology(ICT), the Royal Institute of Technology(KTH), Sweden. The RaMSiS group conducts cutting edge research in the following areas:

  • Radio and Mixed-Signal Circuit and System Design for Convergent Wireless Applications
  • Methodologies and CAD tools for wireless radio development
  • Wireless network detectors for seamless handover in 4G
  • Ultra low power CMOS sensor nodes for ad-hoc wireless networks
  • Digitally Enhanced RF/AMS for nanometer CMOS
  • Manufacturable 60 GHz RF CMOS Radios
  • Real-Time Traffic Management System using SDR Technologies.
