Select MAP or ECS (former IMIT) for Education and Research
The Department of Microelectronics and Information Technology, abbreviated IMIT, was until 2005-12-31 one of the biggest departments at KTH, The Royal Institute of Technology. IMIT is part of the School of Information and Communication Technology at KTH. It is since 2006-01-01 reorganised into three departments.
We performed education and research from fundamental physics, through materials physics and optics, electronic and photonic devices, electronic and computer systems to connectivity systems for both telecommunications and computers.
